

Heather Ulrich
Project Manager, Berks Teens Matter
Heather Ulrich (she/her) is the Project Director for Berks Teens.
Previously, she worked as the Outreach and Education Coordinator for Berks County District Attorney’s Office Victim/ Witness Unit. She also worked as an intake and adoption caseworker within the child welfare system.
As an established public speaker, Heather enjoys working within youth advocacy and the importance of comprehensive sexuality education.
She grew up in Berks County and is graduate of Penn State Berks with a degree in applied psychology.

Rebecca Doubek
Social Media and Content Manager
Rebecca Doubek (she/her) is the communications manager for Berks Teens and Co-County Wellness Services.
As a long-time writer and marketing consultant, she has worked in both the corporate and non-profit setting.
After moving to Berks County from Colorado, she ran her own small business in West Reading for over ten years. She believes in the power of community, engaging and empowering youth and spreading the message of comprehensive sexual education. She is a graduate of Colorado State University where she studied journalism and public relations.

Celines Valerio
Manager for Community Engagement
Celines Valerio (she/her) is the Manager of Community Engagement for Berks Teens.
A Berks County and Reading native, her passion for strengthening, empowering, and connecting local youth to opportunities for success is part of her desire to make a difference.
She has over seven years of experience working with children and families, providing case management services, parenting education and community referrals.
She is currently earning her Master’s in Social Work from Kutztown University. Celines loves working with youth and underserved communities and help create positive change.

Genesis Santiago
Youth and Health Resource Center Coordinator
Genesis Santiago (she/her) is the Youth & Health Resource Center Coordinator for Berks Teens. She is a graduate of Penn State Berks with a degree in applied psychology.
She also earned her associates degree in psychology from Harrisburg Area Community College where she helped develop a peer education program surrounding sexual assault, gender issues, and healthy relationships.
Genesis is originally from Bronx, New York but has lived all over the world including in Ireland and Puerto Rico. She is passionate about educating teens to make informed decisions.
